About Prof. Mohamed Abdinoor, PhD
Dr. Mohamed Abdinoor is a renowned Kenyan educationist and development professional whose work has shaped educational policies, disaster preparedness strategies, and humanitarian programs across Kenya, Somalia, and Uganda. Born in Wajir, Northern Kenya, Dr. Abdinoor’s journey began in the classroom and evolved into executive leadership in NGOs, government advisory roles, and global humanitarian forums. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Education for Africa (EFA) and a lecturer in Disaster Resilience Leadership at the United Nations University for Peace – Africa Program.
